Free Medical Camp for IDPs Jul, 2009

   

A Free Medical Camp for Swat and Bunner IDPs was organized by Otsuka Pakistan Limited, On 10 July 2009, At Shah Mansoor Town, Swabi Mardan

The Free Medical Camp was arranged to minimize the plight of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). Otsuka organized Free Medical Camp at a big populated place Shah Mansoor Town, Swabi Mardan, where free medical consultation was provided by our three well experienced doctors who have been providing their services at Otsuka Welfare Clinic. Otsuka also distributed free medicines among the needy patients at this medical camp

Mr. Mehboob Ali, Asst. Manager, Stents Division, Peshawar gave his all out support in organizing this successful Free Medical Camp. Earlier, Mr. Mehboob put his great efforts in arranging distribution of 105 Pedestal Fans and 76 movable beds among the needy people (courtesy Mr. Umeno & Mr. Ueda) as well as supplies of free I.V. solution bottles to various medical camps for IDPs.

Total 543 Patients were given medical help during the medical camp. Out of Which 60% were suffering from psychological trauma and 30% were infected with skin diseases.

Otsuka is determined in its commitment to keep continue its support in helping the poor ailing humanity and to put maximum efforts to help sufferers in getting relief.
