- Joined World Bank as Program Head for the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region, establishing Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) practices with superior courts and law ministries of MENA countries.
- Holds a diploma in ADR from York University, Canada, and is an Accredited Mediator & Master Trainer (CEDR) UK.
- Served as a member of various Aga Khan organizations, including the Aga Khan National Council of Pakistan, Aga Khan Housing Service of Pakistan, Aga Khan Foundation, Aga Khan Education Service of Pakistan, and Aga Khan International Conciliation & Arbitration Board.
