The Board of Directors of Otsuka Pakistan Ltd. In its meeting held on 20^th February 2024 approved the appointment of Mr. Moin ur Rehman as its new Chief Executive Officer, following an extensive succession planning and internal hiring process. Mr. Moin will replace Mr. Muhammad Hanif Sattar, who is retiring from the company services upon completion of his term. The Board of Directors of Otsuka Pakistan Limited genuinely appreciated Mr. Hanif Sattar efforts in successfully running the company and wished him success and health. Mr. Hanif Sattar will remain associated with the company as an Advisor.

The new CEO Mr. Moin ur Rehman is currently working in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Mr. Moin was working in the role of General Manager Marketing & Medical Devices. He will take charge as Otsuka’s new CEO with effect from 28^th Feb 2024. Mr. Moin is IBA Graduate and possesses more than 23 years of commercial, regulatory and legal experience in various local and multinational organizations. As COO and GM Marketing at Otsuka Pakistan Ltd., Mr. Moin has been instrumental in steering the company’s growth and new product launches and transforming Otsuka Pakistan into a more focused, growth-driven, and sustainable organization.
 
Mr. Moin ur Rehman will be based in the company’s Head Quarter Karachi Pakistan and will be reporting to Board of Directors. Mr. Moin will manage all external and internal strategic decisions and operations for the Company. The BOD showed its confidence and shared best wishes to Mr. Moin for his new assignments.
